Delivery Information

ESONA offers FREE shipping throughout Malaysia, but a shipping fee may be applied depending on your order:

Klang Valley – RM 7 shipping fees for orders below RM 100
West Malaysia – RM 7 shipping fees for orders below RM 100
East Malaysia – RM 15 shipping fees for orders below RM 160

During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email/app. After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within 3 – 7 working days at normal condition.

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person. You can also contact our Customer Service at any time after the purchase and inform us your authorized receiver of delivery.

International shipment is only available at the specific request subject to Esona’s approval.

ESONA will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
